Cash on delivery is a common method for handling payments on online orders, which we also offer. Paying by cash on delivery means you have the option to pay for your order in cash. Here is the typical process for an order paid by cash on delivery:

1. Select products: choose the desired products or services from the online shop and add them to the cart.
2. Provide shipping information: enter your shipping address and your contact details so the order can be sent to the correct address; shipping to a parcel locker or to a kiosk that accepts parcels is also possible.
3. Select payment option: choose "cash on delivery" as the payment option during checkout. Make sure you also select the cash-on-delivery shipping option.
4. Submit order: complete the order by clicking "submit order" or a similar button.
5. Delivery and payment: the ordered products are sent to the address provided. The courier will hand over the delivery and give you the parcel. The total amount of the order (including shipping costs) is paid directly to the courier when the parcel is delivered. Accepted payment methods can be cash or sometimes card payments. For orders paid by cash on delivery, an extra fee of €5 from DHL/UPS is charged, as also shown in the order summary.

The flowers come from industrial hemp of strains listed in the EU variety catalogue, their THC content is under 0.3 per cent. You can look up the values per batch on the lab certificates page. After shipping, you receive a tracking code by email, with which you can follow your delivery of CBD flowers at any time.

CBD flowers can be ordered to a parcel locker without any problems. In addition to the billing address, a further delivery address must be provided. This is kept simple, so only the fields in the checkout process need to be filled in. Wherever your delivery is, we keep you up to date via the tracking link you receive by email. If you order to a parcel locker, however, you must collect it within 7 days. If it is not collected, the order is sent back to us and treated as a return. As long as you did not order by cash on delivery, you will of course get your paid amount back.

No. CBDÍA does not sell THC-rich flowers, but flowers from industrial hemp with a THC content under 0.3 per cent according to the lab certificate per batch. THC-rich cannabis may not be sold commercially in Germany. Not legal advice, as of: September 2026.

PayPal does not currently support CBD shops that sell CBD flowers. Many retailers still integrate PayPal as a payment method into their online shop, until they get blocked after a short time and their PayPal account is frozen. They then no longer have access to the account balance for a longer period.

We are happy to announce that payment by instant bank transfer is now possible with us. We have worked long and hard for this.

At CBDÍA, any CBD flowers can be ordered by cash on delivery, but only within Germany. CBD flowers can also be ordered by cash on delivery at other shops, provided the respective online shop offers this payment function.

We decided to add this payment option in order to strengthen trust with our customers. We are aware that PayPal is by far the most popular payment method. As already explained above, however, this is unfortunately not possible.

No. CBD flowers from industrial hemp are not a medicinal product and do not require a prescription. Medicinal cannabis is prescription-only; it has been prescribed by doctors and dispensed in pharmacies under the Medicinal Cannabis Act since April 2024. There is no blanket guarantee. What matters is where the CBD flowers come from and how much THC they contain. CBDÍA's CBD flowers come from industrial hemp listed in the EU variety catalogue, and the lab certificate per batch shows a THC value under 0.3 per cent. Flowers with higher THC values, such as those sold in Switzerland with up to 1 per cent THC, do not meet German requirements. CBD is not listed as a prohibited substance either in the Narcotics Act or in the Consumer Cannabis Act, and according to the WHO's classification it is not intoxicating. For flowers, the THC content is therefore what matters most: they must come from industrial hemp listed in the EU variety catalogue and be under 0.3 per cent THC. In Germany, only agricultural businesses may grow industrial hemp, provided they register the cultivation with the Federal Office for Agriculture and Food and use certified seed from strains in the EU variety catalogue. This is not provided for private individuals. Independently of this, the Consumer Cannabis Act has allowed adults to grow up to three cannabis plants privately since April 2024. No. CBD is considered non-intoxicating, the typical high is caused by THC. CBDÍA's CBD flowers come from industrial hemp and are, according to the lab certificate per batch, under 0.3 per cent THC. This does not amount to a statement about effects or side effects on any individual.

Only physicians or qualified health professionals can assess whether CBD flowers are healthy or not. It is advisable to consult them on specific health questions in order to receive a well-founded answer.

Whether there is a risk of addiction with CBD products is a medical question that we, as a shop, cannot answer. Only the substance itself can be classified: CBD is considered non-intoxicating, and CBD flowers from industrial hemp also contain other plant compounds and THC under 0.3 per cent according to the lab certificate per batch. CBD stands for cannabidiol. It is a naturally occurring chemical compound from the cannabis plant. Unlike its cousin tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), it is not intoxicating. CBD is available not only in flower form, but also as an ingredient in other products such as creams, ointments and gels.

CBG stands for cannabigerol, one of over 100 known cannabinoids of the hemp plant. It is considered a chemical precursor of CBD and THC and occurs in most strains only in small amounts. CBDV stands for cannabidivarin, a cannabinoid that is chemically closely related to CBD and usually occurs only in small amounts in hemp plants. It is being studied scientifically, but the body of research is limited. No claims about health effects can be derived from this.

Over 100 cannabinoids are known in the hemp plant. The two best known and most researched are tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD). THC is the cannabinoid responsible for the intoxicating effect of cannabis, CBD is considered non-intoxicating.

Alongside THC and CBD there are many other cannabinoids such as cannabinol (CBN), cannabigerol (CBG) and cannabichromene (CBC). They differ in their chemical structure and occur in very different amounts depending on the strain. Research into the individual cannabinoids is, in large part, still in its early stages.
